If you’re one of those people that like to stay ahead of the trends then I have just the look for you. I think everyone at this point realizes that the farm house/industrial look is HOT HOT HOT! Everyone is renovating and decorating around this trend. But if you want to put a unique spin on it, try mix matching your dining room chairs! I am currently obsessed with this look. The dining room is a great space to be creative because it’s more then likely always going to stay clean and “in place” (unlike your living room and bedrooms that you actually LIVE in and mess up on a daily basis.. I fix our throw pillows and blankets at least twice a day).

I’ve pulled some of my favorites from online as an inspiration to show you a fun mix match set I put together myself!

The first image (above) is absolutely lovely. What makes that example work is that all the chairs are the same color and antiqued the same way.

This next inspiration image I’m totally digging because of the contrast between the chairs.. a few look really old and then the one on the end is new and super modern.

And last but not least I pulled this inspiration image for all the fun colors and patterns. The chairs are different but tied together by the colorful fabric. And I love the chairs and the end of the table being fully upholstered to make them stand about from the rest.

So drawing inspiration from the images above, I put together a combination of chairs I know would look stunning together! They’re pulled together by matching wood tones, mix of old and new, and a punch of color for the two end chairs. Mix Match Dining ChairsI am so embarrassed that I couldn’t find the original source of the inspiration images above (I found them on Pinterest). But I’m happy to let you know I found all of the dining chairs I pulled together for this look online at Chairish! Direct links below if you’re interested in trying this look out for yourself!
