We’re smack dab in the middl of Fall which means the majority of us are craving everything pumpkin!! Here is one of my go-to protein shakes this time of year 🙂
– 1-2 scoops of vanilla whey protein
– 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
– 2/3 cup unsweetened almost or coconut milk
– 1 banana (I like to keep sliced banana’s in my freezer for recipes like this)
– handful of ice
– 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning
Add all ingredients to your blender. Pulse a few times first to break up the ice and frozen bananas, then turn on high until smooth. Garish with more pumpkin pie seasoning (optional).
