Here is the second part of this full meal!! If you’re on a diet or just watching what you eat, you might be trying to think of ways to cut carbs. Here is a great substitute for creamed potatoes!
– 1 bag of frozen cauliflower
– 1 tbsp of smart butter (or margarine, butter, what ever you prefer)
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp dried parsley
– 1/4 cup unsweetened original almond milk (or milk, coconut milk, again what ever you prefer)
– 1 tsp olive oil
Cook your cauliflower according to the directions on the bag (there are some that you can put in the microwave and steam directly in it’s packaging).
Then put your cooked cauliflower in a blinder along with your butter, garlic powder, parsley, almond milk, and salt and pepper. Blend together until smooth.
Pour in to a serving dish and place in the microwave to heat back up again (just needs about a minute). Then top with a little drizzle of olive oil.
