TILAPIA & HOME MADE TARTAR SAUCE

TILAPIA

INGREDIENTS 

– Tilapia (if previously frozen, defrosted)

– Old Bay Seasoning

– Extra Virgin Olive Oil

FOR TARTAR SAUCE

–  ~ 2 TBSP Mayo

–  ~ 1 TSP Spicy Mustard

–  ~ 1 TBSP Chunky Salsa (or relish if you prefer)

–  ~ 1/2 TSP Minced Garlic

– ~ 1 TSP Lemon Juice

– ~ 1 TSP Sriracha

DIRECTIONS

Generously sprinkle Old Bay seasoning all over front and back of tilapia while you have evoo heating in a skillet (medium high). Place tilapia in skillet and let cook about 3 minutes per side. Serve toped with tartar sauce and a side of cajun sweet potatoes!

FOR TARTAR SAUCE

In a small mixing bowl, add all ingredients and stir! I like to add the Sriracha last so I can add a little at a time until I get desired level of heat.
