LIGHT MEXICAN PIZZA

MEXICAN PIZZA

INGREDIENTS

– FlatOut flat bread (4)

– 1 pound ground turkey

– Taco seasoning

– Reduced fat shredded cheese (I like to use a mexican blend)

– shredded lettuce

– 1 large tomato diced

– Non fat plain greek yogurt

DIRECTIONS

Pan fry ground turkey with taco seasoning, set aside. Place flatbread on baking sheet. Bake for 7-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Once flat bread has a nice crispy texture take them out of the oven and top each one evenly with shredded cheese and your cooked/seasoned ground turkey. Place back in oven for an additional 10 minutes. Once done top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and greek yogurt. Other topping Josh and I love are diced onions, avocados, hot cause, etc.. Hope you enjoy!
